Magic Tricks

Now you see them...

Now you don't!

It's the Disappearing Nine Patch. I've always wanted to try this. The Pandora's Box I started last Saturday had some extra 2 1/2" squares so I thought I would try it.

Well, this is not a disappearing act...just two Tootie Girls hiding from a fly that got in the house. They are terrified of them!

I made one of the disappearing nine patch quilt tops quite some time ago. It is an interesting concept and making the blocks goes quickly. A lot of quilters make them for charity quilts because of the speed in making them and the interesting look.

Really neat. I confess I've never seen it before. Great concept!! The Tootie Girls are precious - hope the fly was eliminated!!

I always read your blog but never comment. Until today. Those little sweeties hiding from the fly made me laugh and laugh. They are adorable!

I like the quilt stuff but those little girls are absolutely PRECIOUS. Them hiding because of the fly was the best yet. Keep the pics and the stories coming..and of course the quilts.

Love that pattern. It is such fun and folks are so impressed with this very complex pattern. (ah, ah, ah - we know!)
